The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center will be home to over 5,000 square feet of exhibition galleries and will present and support the visual arts of Southwest Florida, as well as national and international touring shows, through exhibitions and special programs. Eclectic programming will feature noted regional and emerging artists, important works from corporate and private collections, and touring exhibitions.

The Center will house numerous open studios, where artist work, display and sell an exciting mix of original art, making it the area's largest multidisciplinary art center. Art patrons and visitors will experience first hand the creation process of various artistic disciplines.

Arts education is proving its value throughout the world. We believe that educational programming should be nothing less than a catalytic force in promoting the arts as a common language, as a means for transcending barriers, and as a tool for individual and collective expression. The education programs at the center and in neighborhood settings will include workshops, performances, symposia, lectures, and residencies; present curriculum-based visual and performing arts programs for school field trips; and ensure accessibility to underserved or disadvantaged youth.
